交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣控制電纜具有高機械強度、優(yōu)良的電氣性能和耐化學(xué)腐蝕等特點(diǎn)，重量輕，結構簡(jiǎn)單，使用方便。本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓U0/U為450/750V及以下控制、監控回路及保護線(xiàn)纜等場(chǎng)合，作為電氣裝備之間的控制鏈接。

阻燃型控制電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是電纜不易著(zhù)火或著(zhù)火時(shí)延燃僅局限于在一定的范圍內，適用于對阻燃性能要求較高的場(chǎng)合。

耐火型控制電纜的主要特點(diǎn)是電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力外，電纜在著(zhù)火燃燒時(shí)扔能保持一定時(shí)間的正常運行，適用于對耐火特性有要求的場(chǎng)合。

無(wú)鹵低煙阻燃型控制電纜的特點(diǎn)是電纜不僅具備阻燃性能，而且具有低發(fā)煙性和無(wú)害性（毒性和腐蝕性較小），適用于對電纜阻燃、煙密度、毒性指數等有特別要求的場(chǎng)所，如核電站、地鐵等。

XLPE insulated control cable has the advantage of not noly high mechanical strength, gond ambient stress resistance, excellent electrical properties and anti-chemical corrosion,but also simple construction, hight weight and easy to use. This type of cable is applicable for connection of electrical equipment,controling, monitoring and protective system with A.C. rated voltage UO/U up to and including 450/750V.

The main features of flame retardant control cable is not easy to carry the transmission of electricity under normal operating conditions,but also maintains normal operation for a period of time during fire burining. This cable is suitable for the occasion requied fire-resstance. The main characteristic of low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant control are low smoke emssion and harmless(low toxic,low corrive) besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in places such as subway, tunnel, nuclear power station with special requirement of flame retardant, smoke density and toxicity index.

• 電纜導體的長(cháng)期工作溫度等級為(PVC絕緣)70℃，（XLPE絕緣）90℃

Conductor temperature allowd during long term operation is （PVC sheath）70℃, （XLPE sheath）90℃

• 電纜敷設溫度應不低于0℃， 推薦的允許彎曲半徑如下：

Installation temperature is not lower than 0 and its Minimum bending radius as follows when cable is installed:

無(wú)鎧裝層的電纜，允許彎曲半徑應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

For non-armored cable-less than 6 times D.

有鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽結構的電纜，應不小于電纜外徑的12倍。

For armored of copper tape screened cabl-not less than 12 times D.

有屏蔽層結構的軟電纜，應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。

For shielded flexible cable-not less than 6 times D.
